Skilling Journey: Eram Skills Academy commenced its skilling endeavors on December 6, 2015, under the brand name ESPOIR and over the past 9 years, it has successfully trained approximately 2000 individuals, offering a remarkable 90% placement rate for trainees in the Oil & Gas sector and Health care sector abroad. - Industry-Oriented Programs: Focused on meeting the demands of the Oil & Gas industry, ESPOIR conducts 3-month and 6-month programs. Approved by Kerala Academy for Skill Excellence (KASE), the center offers 36 different programs initially, with a current emphasis on trades such as Pipe Fabricators/Fitters, Welders, Electricians, HVAC Technicians, Scaffolders, Riggers, etc - Health Care Verticals: ERAM Skills Academy serves as the hub partner of Tata Institute of Social Science (TISS) and now offering Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to cater the health care professional to the hopitals and age care providers. - India International Skill Centre: Designated as the India International Skill Centre (IISC) of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), ERAM Skills Academy engages in skilling and placing trainees abroad, participating in programs like Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) and holding accreditation from different Sector Skill Councils. - Pre-Departure Training (PDOT): ERAM is chosen by the Ministry of External Affairs to conduct Pre-Departure Training for aspirants traveling to ECR countries. This one-day program imparts essential awareness about migration to different countries. - Skill Verification Program (SVP): Appointed by NSDC, ERAM Skills serves as the Skill Verification Program (SVP) partner, testing and certifying candidates seeking jobs in Saudi Arabia with joint certification from Takamol and NSDC. - Additional Skill Acquisition Program (ASAP): ERAM Skills Academy operates the Skills Park in Kunnamkulam, Kerala, as appointed by the Government of Kerala under the Additional Skill Acquisition Program. - American Heart Association (AHA) Partnership: Selected by the American Heart Association, ESPOIR provides training in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). - Global Reach and Placements: ERAM Skills Academy has successfully trained and secured placements for over 1800 enthusiastic individuals, comprising a total of around 2000 trainees. These accomplished professionals have found opportunities in diverse countries, including Lithuania, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Serbia, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, UAE, Kuwait, Nigeria, and Russia. - In collaboration with GESS Education Australia, Eram has established a partnership to administer the Australian Certificate 3 program within India, providing in-country education opportunities.
